As you may be aware, changes are being made to Data Protection policies. From the 25th May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will be in effect. In order to comply with its implementation, we wanted you all to be aware of how we use your data to deliver our Tarot reading services:

 

• We are a small business. There are only two of us at The Druid and the Dragon Tarot. Our service is for entertainment purposes only.

• All of your personal information you elect to share with us, e.g. name, email address, date of birth, photographs of your face, etc., is kept strictly confidential and stored electronically under password protection. We use your details to deliver you a personal service, to communicate the results of that service directly to you, and as a means of ensuring you are over 18 years of age. We never, and will never, lend, sell, or share your details with anyone else.

• The content of your readings, whether through our written reports or through face-to-face discussion, we also treat with the strictest confidence. We keep a record of our written reports electronically with password protection, which we use to regularly review and develop the quality of our service, as a way of enhancing future readings with repeat clients, and as a copy in case that specific client loses access to their reading. We never discuss or disclose to anyone else the results of your readings with us.

• Should we seek a review or any commentary on our service for promotional purposes, we will always ask for written consent to do so. The most we will ever ask for is a first name to personalise a review; no other identifying information will ever be included, and if you prefer to remain anonymous, your wishes will always be respected.

• We do not currently have a mailing list. If, however, this should change, we would only ever include those who have expressly and positively requested to be included in it, and any personal information would be stored electronically under password protection.

• You have a right to request that your personal details and readings are deleted from our records. Please let us know, in writing, if you ever wish for us to do this.
